  Jason grew up in a small town in Upstate New York, experiencing many dynamics that inspired him to take action on the Ghandi quote, "be the change you wish to see in the world." Jason went from a high school dropout, to college grad with a 3.97 final GPA. He lost his father to suicide the same year Jason had his eldest daughter after just turning18yrs old. He's worked landscaping jobs making just over minimum wage to owning a successful financial planning business. Jason's career motive was to " be the person that never showed up for me," helping over 1,400 clients during some of the best and worst times in their lives. He has been national ranked for personally recruiting and developing other financial advisors to build profitable businesses helping their clients in the same way Jason helped his own.  Currently, he provides coaching to clients around the country helping people and busineses to achieve "their own greatness," uniquely leveraging his financial background and personal experience to maximize their profits. Jason believes that he was not designed to be in the limelight, that his life's mission was to act as "the diamond's black velvet, the background that enhances the jewel's shine." He believes that time is precious, imperfection leads to learning, and that it only takes one spark to light a fire.
